Sydney joined First West as a Personal Lines Account Manager Trainee in the summer of 2023. She grew up in Three Forks, Montana, and attended Montana State University Billings, where she played golf and obtained a BS in Business Management. She spends her free time with her family and dogs in the mountains or on a golf course.
