Erika is our Claims Coordinator. She has many years of insurance experience and started at First West in 2022. She enjoys spending time with friends and her son. In her free time, you can catch Erika going to concerts, reading poetry, and volunteering with the Zeta Phi Beta organization. Erika likes the insurance industry because she enjoys assisting our customers during the claims process. It's already a difficult time, so being able to make their lives easier is a nice job to have.
