Emma is a Commercial Lines Account Executive at First West, joining the team in January 2025 after relocating to Bozeman from Colorado. She brings a strong background in leadership and operations, having previously served as an Athletic Director before transitioning into the insurance industry. Emma is drawn to commercial insurance for its relationship-driven approach and the uniqueness of every account. She enjoys partnering with clients to understand their businesses and deliver tailored coverage solutions that support their long-term success. Outside of work, Emma embraces Montana’s outdoor lifestyle. She enjoys spending time with friends and family and can often be found fishing, hiking, or skiing in the mountains she now calls home.
