Bryan Hall serves as Chief Executive Officer of the agency and works as a Commercial Producer, bringing more than 20 years of experience in the insurance industry. He joined First West in 2006 and has been part of the team’s steady growth over the years, working closely with clients to help them navigate their insurance needs.
A Montana native, Bryan values straightforward communication and building lasting relationships. What he enjoys most about the business is the people—both the colleagues he works alongside and the clients and insurance company partners he gets to know over time—which makes the work meaningful and rewarding.
Outside of work, Bryan enjoys spending time with his wife and their three sons. Much of his free time is spent keeping up with their activities, along with skiing, golfing, and getting out to the lake when he can. He also appreciates simple time at home, especially gathering with family for Sunday dinner.
