AARON ODEGARD
Chief Operating Officer
Aaron has been with First West since starting his career in insurance in 2012. Aaron is currently a partner, director and serves as our Chief Operating Officer. Additionally, he helps support and manage the sales team. He is the father of two lovely daughters and an energetic son. In his free time, he follows his kids around to all their activities, golfing, supporting Montana State University football, and running the Bozeman Stampede. He enjoys the insurance business because of the people and the relationships he makes around the community and state.
